The Ultimate Guide to Ghosting Toxic Friends and Improving Your Mental Health

Ghosting toxic friends might seem like a drastic step, but it's essential for your long-term mental health and personal well-being. It's a powerful act of self-care where you make a conscious decision to sever ties with those whose presence adds negativity to your life.

By embracing the practice of ghosting toxic friends, you're taking a stand for your mental health and setting boundaries that can lead to improved emotional and physical health. It's essential to remember that you are in control of your relationships and are not obligated to maintain friendships with individuals who are detrimental to your wellbeing.

Breaking up with a toxic friend is similar to breaking up with a romantic partner - in fact, it often produces similar feelings of sadness, anger, and possibly even relief. Just as people typically don't stay in a toxic romantic relationship, it's equally important not to remain in a toxic friendship. It may feel like a difficult decision, but ghosting toxic friends is a crucial step towards improving your mental health and overall well-being.

Ghosting toxic friends should not be a difficult decision. It's essential to prioritize your own well-being and mental health and to cut ties with friends who bring toxicity to your life. By doing so, you are setting boundaries and creating a positive environment for your thoughts, emotions, and overall well-being. Remember, it's important to have supportive people in your life.

Choosing to disengage from toxic friendships can be empowering and can lead to more meaningful and nourishing relationships.

Finally, the decision to ghost toxic friends may come with various feelings such as guilt or fear of rejection. It's important to acknowledge and process these emotions in a healthy way, to ensure that the practice of ghosting toxic friends does not negatively impact your mental well-being.

By engaging in self-care activities such as journaling, talking to supportive friends or a mental health professional, or engaging in a physical activity you enjoy, you can work through these feelings and come out feeling stronger and more empowered.

MBTI FANART OF INTJ AND ENTP

A perfect day to share my latest creation - a drawing of an INTJ and ENTP friends / couple, known for their different, yet complementing personalities! Whether they're just friends or in a relationship, these two can bring out the best in each other... or NOT. 😂

Peace! The ENTP's I know in real life are the ones who are into discussions of deep topics and political shit no one likes to tap on. Just because they can debate and they are happy to agree to disagree. Pretty chill, straightforward, and chaotic people at the same time! 😵‍💫 Nah, I love these people!

Revealing the Dark Truths about Catfishing: How it fuels Misogynistic Beliefs and Causes Harm on Women

Catfishing - the act of creating a fake identity online - has been a growing issue in our modern-day society. While it might appear harmless to create a fake identity, it can actually cause serious harm to women and fuel misogynistic beliefs. In this article, we will explore the dark truth behind catfishing and its damaging consequences on women.

First of all, boys that do this are the lowest of the low. They wanna talk bullshit about women but pretends to be a woman to gain attention. That is how ironic men's brain works. After dissing you they will TRY with all their might to cosplay as a girl. Disgusting.

How harmful is this? Well let me show you a quick list:

🟡 Catfishing enables men to spread stereotypes about women, such as the belief that all women are superficial and gold diggers.

🟡 Catfishing perpetuates the notion that women are only valued for their appearance and sex appeal.

🟡 Men who participate in catfishing cause harm to women by objectifying and devaluing them.

🟡 Catfishing often targets and exposes young girls and women to harmful sexual imagery and language.

🟡 Catfishing fuels incel culture and misogynistic online communities.

🟡 Catfishing causes women to lose trust in men, further perpetuating a cycle of misandry and distrust.

🟡 Men who catfish use misogynistic slurs and derogatory language towards women to devalue and belittle them.

🟡 Catfishing promotes unrealistic beauty standards, leading to body image issues and self-esteem problems in women.

🟡 Catfishing makes women more vulnerable to online harassment and abuse.

🟡 Catfishing fuels misogynistic beliefs about women's value, further isolating them from society.

Lastly, catfishing contributes to a system of gender inequality and perpetuates misogynistic attitudes and beliefs.

This can have far-reaching consequences on women and their place in society. By exposing these issues and spreading awareness, we can work towards creating a more equitable and just world for women.

The fact that these men who cosplay and pretend to be girls do not experience all the discrimination and hormonal changes that affect women's mental health is one big piece of fuckery they've been into. These men also wanna join women's sports and claim they are trans when scientifically their bodies and hormones are way different than women's. So how about competing with your same kind and having decency?

Catfishing is an alarming and increasing trend that causes serious harm to women and other vulnerable groups. It is crucial to understand its implications and work to address these issues to create a safer and more inclusive environment for everyone.

Double The Love: Introducing My Adopted Sylvanian Calico Critters Babies

I'm overjoyed to announce that I have adopted two Sylvanian Calico Critter babies! Bringing home two adorable calicos has transformed our home into a space of pure joy and laughter.

I named them Mr. Yeshua and Ms. Savanna!

I couldn't resist to hug both of them! Yeshua has a big scar on his face because he suffered abuse from his former parents. Luckily, he is now safe and I will protect him at all costs!

Savanna is so small but smart! She already knew where all my snacks were hidden the moment we arrived home, so adorable!

These cute little critters have brought double the love and happiness into my life and I couldn't be happier.

Welcome home, you adorable babies!

Breaking the Cycle of Abuse: From Victim to Survivor

"Hi remember me?" a request message prompted on my social app. I do not really stay on social apps for long because it does not promote a positive impact on people unless the topic is worth it.

I encountered a man that tried to groom me when I was young 15, he messaged me a few days ago and told me that I had changed a lot now and looked “mature”. My heart raced as memories flooded back. I blocked him. How dare he talk to me like that? He tried to groom me back then, but I was too inexperienced in life to know how to react. Now, I’m more aware of the dangers and have learned from my experiences.

This man is NOT from my country (when I was in my teens). However, most of these pedophiles are from neighboring counties. Yeah, that is a clue. They all act conservative and religious but the misogyny they act in their daily lives is astonishing.

"Ara you are not that cute little girl I know anymore, you look so mature now." My eyes, widen and I didn't entertain more of this scumbag and blocked his new social account. Well I shit you not, of course, my appearance changed now for good, and shame on you you like girls who look like they are kiddos.

As I stared at the message that was sitting in my requests box, I was transported back to my younger self once more. My heart raced as visions of my past flooded back into my mind. I could remember how naive I was, the innocence and the ignorance, thinking the world revolved around joy and light. What a harsh awakening I experienced when I found out how cruel and unfair life can truly become.

I couldn't let myself become a helpless victim again. I had already experienced enough pain and trauma. So I summoned up all my strength to block him once more.

As I took a few deep breaths to calm down, I realized how far I'd come since those days. I was no longer that innocent, fragile child who was blind to the cruelty of the world. I was now stronger and smarter.

This is why I advocate outright lying on any private detail about you if you are a minor. It is not your job and responsibility to tell adults online what is going on in your life. Or just simply say, I do not want to discuss my private life. The block button and report button are there for a reason.

He is just one of the many predators online I encountered.

🟡 My advice for young teens who encounter a situation like this:

1. Never reveal too much private information about yourself online.
That's how stalkers and predators can easily track you.

2. Always be careful and vigilant when interacting with strangers.
If you feel uncomfortable, trust your instincts.

3. Block and report any suspicious or inappropriate messages you receive.  Don't be afraid to seek help and speak up.

4. Talk to someone you trust, such as a family member or friend, about the incident.  Getting emotional support can help you cope with the trauma.

5. Do not shy away from block and report buttons, use them on people who deserve it!

Noland, who was paralyzed below the shoulders after a diving accident, was able to move the cursor on his laptop with his thoughts thanks to the Neuralink device. Musk said last month that Noland could control a computer mouse with his thoughts.

“I had basically given up playing that game,” Arbaugh said, referring to the game Civilization VI, “you all [Neuralink] gave me the ability to do that again and played for eight hours straight.”

Supporting Animal Rights - Let's Stand up for our Furry Friends

As a proud animal rights activist, it's imperative to stand up for the voiceless and those without a voice.

Animals are reliant on us for their wellbeing and survival, and it's our duty to make sure they have the protection and support they need to thrive.

Let's take a stand for animal rights and protect our furry friends and fellow creatures. From animal shelter donation and volunteering to spreading awareness about animal protection, let's make an impact.

For more than 150 years, we have been the leading voice in animal welfare, bringing the critical protection of animals to the forefront of society.

 🟡PETA

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is the largest animal rights organization in the world, and PETA entities have more than 9 million members and supporters globally.

PETA opposes speciesism, a human-supremacist worldview, and focuses its attention on the four areas in which the largest numbers of animals suffer the most intensely for the longest periods: in laboratories, in the food industry, in the clothing trade, and in the entertainment business. We also work on a variety of other issues, including the cruel killing of rodents, birds, and other animals who are often considered “pests” as well as cruelty to domesticated animals.

PETA works through public education, investigative newsgathering and reporting, research, animal rescue, legislation, special events, celebrity involvement, and protest campaigns.

 🟡PAWS Philippines

Ending Pet Homelessness

PAWS is a volunteer-based NGO whose goal is to prevent animal cruelty through education. For inquiries, please email philpaws@paws.org.ph

PAWS is committed to eliminating the problem at the root. Neutering (‘kapon’) is the most effective solution.

Be part of the solution. Participate in our kapon initiatives.

The support of animal rights is a cause that is increasingly important nowadays, with the threat of climate change and environmental destruction increasing every day.

Animals are vulnerable and defenseless in the face of these challenges, and it's our responsibility to protect and stand up for them. Let's take a stand for animal rights and advocate for their welfare.
